18 Jan RMHC of CNY Announces New Board of Directors Officers and Member

Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central New York has appointed new executive committee officers to its board of directors for 2024.

Colleen Kernan was named president of the board of directors. She has been a member of the board for six years and most recently held the position of 1st vice president. Kernan is the vice president of corporate communications at Pinckney Hugo Group.

Carrie Wojtaszek, chief operating officer at Galaxy Media, and Steve Case, owner and partner, Acropolis Realty Group, were appointed to 1st vice president and 2nd vice president, respectively. Andy Carlisle, director of sales at CNY Central Media Group including NBC3, CBS5, CW6 and CNYCentral.com, was named secretary. Steve Malone, director of finance – DPMS, Carestream Dental, will continue to serve as treasurer.

Additionally, Jaimie Galante, partner at Grossman St. Amour CPAs, has been appointed to the board of directors for 2024.

Other board members include David Foster, owner/operator, McDonald’s; Brian Rapp, partner and vice president, Bill Rapp Superstore; Ron Tascarella, first vice president and chief lending officer, Pathfinder Bank; and Matt Trinkaus, chief financial officer, 4Pines Fund Services.
