Hospitality Cart

Delivering compassion, comfort and care to families at the hospital.

Our Hospitality Cart program aims to enhance the comfort of families in the hospital. By providing complimentary care items – all free of charge to families – we hope to help provide comfort and impact children, parents and caregivers at the hospital bedside.

Stocked with an assortment of grab-and-go snacks and refreshments, children’s activities, and personal care items and toiletries, our Hospitality Carts are available to all patients and their families – regardless of whether they are staying with us at the CNY Ronald McDonald House.

Locations

Our Hospitality Carts operate within Crouse Hospital and serve families receiving treatment in select departments, including the:

• Walter R.G. Baker Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Kienzle Family Maternity Center
• Pediatric Recovery Care Center
• Pomeroy Emergency Services Department

One can also be found in hospital-affiliated clinics, including:

• Pediatric Cardiology Associates
• Pediatric Urology

We look forward to expanding our Hospitality Cart program into additional partner hospitals and their affiliated clinics in the future.
